Welcome! I wanted to create a place where diabetics like me could check out how others are maintaining or not maintaining, as the case may be, their diabetes. I will post before numbers, after numbers and what I ate with carb, protein, fat, and fiber count. I'll even try to post pictures of numbers and food. I am somewhat low carb, trying to stay around 50g-100g a day. Hopefully we can share ideas and give each other options we hadn't thought of. Please comment! The more we all participate, the more information we will all have to help with the dailiness of diabetes management.
